SINOPSIS
Islandia. Año 915 d.C.
Una violenta tormenta amenaza con descargar sobre la granja donde Egil vive con su familia, por lo que es enviado precipitadamente en busca de su hermano Thórolf, que salió de caza en la mañana y aún no ha regresado.
Tras infructuosas horas de búsqueda la noche se ha cernido sobre el bosque, y el aguacero se ha desatado con toda su virulencia, por lo que el crío termina irremediablemente perdido y empapado hasta los huesos. Desorientado, aterrado y al límite de sus fuerzas, Egil acabará desmayándose de puro agotamiento.

Transcurrido un incierto lapso de tiempo el niño acabará despertando en una cabaña habitada por unas misteriosas hermanas que le darán cobijo mientras arrecie el temporal. La noche se promete larga, por lo que una de las anfitrionas amenizará la velada mediante la narración de un extraordinario relato que llevará al pequeño Egil a recorrer lejanos lugares, viviendo increíbles aventuras bajo la piel de un legendario guerrero, siéndole desvelado poco a poco a lo largo de tan emocionante viaje un pasado y un futuro que se entremezclan, tocándole más de cerca de lo que él jamás hubiera imaginado.
Tomando como telón de fondo la convulsa Noruega del siglo IX, Lobo Nocturno es un apasionado canto a la libertad donde afloran por igual honor y traición, amor y odio, y donde no todo es siempre lo que parece…

Nacido en Sevilla en 1976, cursó estudios en la EUITA Cortijo de Cuarto en Sevilla, diplomándose en Ingeniería Técnica Agrícola en 2004. Tras varios años ejerciendo en diferentes sectores relacionados de una u otra manera con la carrera que estudió, actualmente regenta junto a su esposa un negocio familiar especializado en artículos de artes marciales, siendo practicante a su vez de varias disciplinas. Apasionado lector desde la infancia, con el paso de los años fue orientando esa afición hasta centrarla en el género histórico, y más concretamente en la cultura nórdica antigua. Empezó a plantearse la creación de esta novela en 2006, año en el que viaja por primera vez a Dinamarca y Suecia. Tras retomar la idea que había dejado aparcada años atrás, dedicó largo tiempo a documentarse bibliográficamente hasta dar forma al argumento de la obra, comenzando a escribirla en julio de 2012 para quedar registrada definitivamente en junio de 2014.
